I am in med school and would never do this. Even if you douche etc. there will still be a ton of bacteria down there that does not belong in your mouth.

No, would not ask for this from the OH and would not accept either. If anal is involved in our scene then it usually takes place with plenty of lube and a condom, unless the she wants me to cum inside when doing anal.
