Yes yes yes to Knightmare and Trapdoor…I made all the characters in plasticine and tried to make my own version of Trapdoor!
My entire family loves Hey Duggee - it’s the perfect balance of kid friendly, together with adult humour!
One episode managed to parody Apocalypse Now… genius!

@TandS2015 i have seen some modern children`s tv, it’s dire! When i was a kid, children’s tv was talking down to them!

Tots TV was a favourite of mine, still find myself occasionally bursting into the theme song “I’m a Tot, Je suis une Tot, Tilly Tom and Tiny…” think that was put on to try to teach me French. I was also a fan of the Tweenies and also Bananas in Pyjamas.
Growing a bit older and getting into cartoons I liked Biker Mice from Mars, The Cramp Twins, Mona the Vampire and Pinky & The Brain.

Also does anyone remember a 90s gameshow on bbc1 that was on the kids section where a team had to do different puzzles, i swear I remember it having an elevator involved, and one of the games was the kids had to swim in a giant bowl of what looked like letter cereal, to find the letters to spell a word??? I may be going crazy here.

@Fallen666 loved the X-Men cartoon, but that’s cos i was reading the comics in the 70’s! The show you can’t remember rings a bell, did it have early cgi sets?
