There is some sciencey jargon behind it, but you do have to get past the barrier of uncomfortable, the paranoia of wetting yourself (unless your into that). So, if you can persevere to the point you actually orgasm, it is likely to be stronger with a full bladder.

This is funny- all of you ladies saying you have to wee before sex- it's never even occured to me to think about it! OK- if I was bursting to go, sure, but it's not something I check...
Wouldn't wanna risk being pounded with a full bladder though (without meaning to sound too crass!), watersports are not my bag.
I've never found that my orgasms are stronger on a full bladder though they do certainly feel different.

I am exactly the same. Even if my bladder is not full, it makes me feel uncomfortable, as I can't totally relax for fear of wetting myself!
