A simple question I suppose. I used to have nice, full, perky boobs and I loved them. As I have got older they have got bigger, no idea why. I was always an A/B cup with small nipples in my twenties but now a DD/E with much larger nipples in my late 30s. I loved my larger boobs for a while but, in the last year, I’ve noticed that they look less full and it’s making me feel a bit self conscious. They look fine when I’m standing up in nice lingerie but when I’m on top or bent over at the waist, they swing way too much, and look like they aren’t very full and are a bit saggy. I don’t know if that makes any sense. I feel self conscious and uncomfortable. My OH loves me on top especially with my boobs in his face but I’m embarrassed and worried that this is only going to get worse with age and he’ll notice that they aren’t sexy anymore. It’s certainly not a shape that you see in models or that is portrayed as sexy. Anyone else have similar worries? I know there’s nothing I can do about it, I would never consider surgery so I guess I need to get used to it.
As a man boob carrier I have found since going to the gym and improving my pectoral muscles they have been become more toned and not as droopy. Maybe there is some training you can do at home, but as a man who truly enjoys breasts I would be very happy like your husband. But hope you find you happy place with them once again.
As a boob lover, I would say you’re worrying too much.
Just get them in your husband’s face and make him happy!!!
Our bodies do change, it’s inevitable.
Im really drawn the the natural female form, and aging really doesn’t hurt for me. It’s different, still beautiful.
Hi @Kitty-Cat01
I do understand where you are coming from on this because I’ve been there so you’re not alone in feeling this way. Its just normal bodily changes, it doesnt mean you have to like it but eventually you come to terms with it. Quite often with age boobs can increase in size and that also contributes to some sagging.
In my experience most men really aren’t fussed about ultra perkiness, they just love the look and feel of natural boobs. Mine are pretty massive and there’s plenty of swing but my hubby still loves getting his hands on them!
You’ll always be sexy and beautiful to the one who loves you.
P.S. some pretty lingerie can give you a big confidence boost too.
I think age has a huge thing with it …
Personnally i dont care … if they are firm or droopy .. they are still great in all shapes, sizes and firmness…
Im guessing all.men and women dont mind
Hello @Kitty-Cat01 ,
It is perfectly fine and normal! Same thing happened with me, I could be braless in my late teens and early 20s, not now!
if you’ve had children then even more so. And if you haven’t had children like me, it still happens! It’s just gravity, you’ve got more weight on your chest than what you used to and there’s only one direction for it to go.
I really don’t think the media helps at all, and the fact that so many celebrities around our age have had work done . So they’re not an accurate representation of what bodies should look like.
Have you had a look at the pictures posted section? I found it quite reassuring to look through and see what natural bodies look like of all shapes and sizes, male and female. It made me feel a bit better about myself, so I really recommend you take a look.
Also media tries to decide for us what is attractive, but we all have our own preferences. Me personally, although I can appreciate Slim people I am more attracted to people who have a bit of meat on their bones, male and female.
But I can relate to the way you feel, but just try to make the most of what you do have. In times of anxiety or just for plain fun, you and your partner have got two jugs to jiggle around, what could be better than that? and cookie nipples are hawt! X
I am male, all boobs are great, size, look etc are all different. Unfortunately age never really works in our favor. I agree re surgery would not be for me. I think natural is always best. Sexy lingerie i’m sure helps with confidence. Be proud of what you have, i’m sure your partner / lover loves them.
I understand your worry and all I can say is that from a blokes perspective, when you’re in the moment, it really doesn’t matter. A boob is a boob is a boob and the one that’s in your face is infinitely better than any that aren’t.
I bet you’re hubby’s got plenty of his own insecurities. Have you ever seen what happens to a pair of balls with age! Uugh! I’ll be carrying mine in a sling.
I do tend to agree with others that social media and these so-called people who influence that apparently live in the “perfect world and body” doesn’t really help with these situations.
As long as your partner is happy, which it seems he is, I don’t think you have anything to worry about.
And the way I’ve always looked at this is embrace what you have ![]()

As with the penis size topics. Be happy with what you have. Our bodies are constantly changing from birth, wether male or female. Ignore the impossible standards of porn and social media and embrace what you have. You can’t escape genetics or ageing.
I totally agree,I was the same as you .I had always had breasts on the larger side that were imo a great shape and full, but over the years due to having children and weight gain and loss ,they did seem a lot less full which was something that in the back off my mind bothered me a lot.also knowing that my husband has always been a boob man it did play on my mind that he would like what he saw as much as he used to even though he never made a single comment about them and always reassured me he liked what he saw.i have always liked to dress in nice lingerie and was very conscious about how I looked in it but continued to do so as it was a big part of our sex life .in the end it ultimately about how we feel about ourselves and our bodies and how we deal with it .in the end ,unlike many others on here who have commented I decided to have surgery to correct what I thought was wrong and am very pleased with result and think I now have a large bust again and it has made me more confident again.it wasn’t due to pressure and the feeling of having to look a certain way .it was first and foremost solely for my own wellbeing and confidence to have boobs like I had before all the changes .imo it all depends how unhappy the person is and how deeply they are affected .I didnt want to look like a pornstar or be something I wasn’t, I just wanted to feel good about myself again which it has massively.thats just my experience and wanted to put a different opinion in the discussion.i hope you can find a solution to your situation and totally understand how your feeling .we are all beautiful in our own way wish you well with this ![]()
Thank you @Long-John-Silver
I’m going to the gym regularly and doing some chest exercises so maybe that will help in time. My understanding is that exercise can help build muscle in the chest area and reduce fat but I’m not sure what effect it can have on breast tissue. My assumption being that breast tissue is different to fat and muscle but I might be wrong. I’m now feeling like I really should know more about female anatomy being that I am female! I guess I’ve just never been interested enough to know more than the minimum about boobs and other female anatomy.
Thanks @JustAnotherPervert My husband doesn’t seem to mind and hopefully he will still like them as time goes on.
Thanks @wildflower. I’m glad I’m not alone. I should really try out my lingerie again. I have loads but haven’t worn it much recently.
Think one the hardest parts of life is when we have to adapt our mindset to how our body changes as we age and coming to terms with the expectations that things are gonna start drooping and looking less plump perky… I’m currently getting paranoid about my body thinking it’s starting to change and it’s been sending my mind into spirals ![]()
I guess the healthiest thing for us all is to practice self love and praise our body for all it is while not to compare it to others as all are unique and ever changing ![]()
Yes! I’m dealing with very similar thoughts myself, I had really nice perky boobs but then lost 51kg and they just feel so empty now, they don’t feel like mine and what lingerie worked before doesn’t seem to be so flattering for them now. But that just gives me an excuse to try different lingerie styles ![]()
Thank you @Hannahnim that really helps x I agree that there’s a lot of pressure to look a certain way. I used to look at the photos quite a lot and it is really helpful to see real bodies. I don’t really look much anymore.
Same here!
Haha! I’ve never heard that one before ![]()
This made me laugh! Thank you! ![]()
I will remember this next time I feel self conscious!
I’ve always had mid sized floppy boobs. Men don’t seem to notice really, they are just happy that you have boobs.
As a boob loving bloke I love any shape as long as they are natural. Not a fan of basketball shaped fake breasts.
We always magnify what we think our faults are by 100x what anyone else would probably not even notice or barely notice. Guys just like boobs in their face during sex. They aren’t noticing imperfections, they are simply enjoying the moment. Being comfortable with our bodies takes all the anxiety and pressure off. Be yourself, and if it’s really that big of a deal, exercise and improve it or go talk to someone medically about it. Seriously, what we make a big deal about, others really don’t care. They care more about you as a person.
@Hannahnim I must ask what are cookie nipples?
