Last night I was out for a few drinks with my girlfriends.
Near the end of the night and after quite a few drinks one of my more prudish friends said to the group that she has given up shaving her bush and now it grows how it wants too. This started a discussion, which now in hindsight I’m sure must have been overheard by quite a few people at the pub. I said that I grow mine in the winter but like being smooth in the summer. Another friend said she grows a triangle and shaves the rest. Two others commented that they were completely smooth but it was a faff to keep it that way. My other friend who had been listening but not contributing was asked what see did. She is the quieter member of my friends group but alcohol fuelled she rose to the challenge and told us that she had never shaved in her life and that’s the way her husband likes it. This caused a lot of giggles from everyone and I asked just how long has her bush grown. The reply stunned us. Apparently she can platt her bush and she uses conditioner to keep it soft, brushing it every night before going to bed !! There was a lot of questions about wearing a bikini in summer and does she sprout out the sides, which see admitted to shaving what she called her “stray hairs.”
I think that this topic will be discussed further when we next get together as we were all interested in how we care for our pubic hair and there seemed a lot of questions still to be asked.

This is a popular topic as in the 70’s and 80’s a untamed bush was the thing to do ( look at old porn) bug in the 90’s the trim started and Brazilian was born as well as landing strips and then in past 20 years it’s been bald look (especially for girls) and I think this is wrong as it’s difficult to maintain
I trim mine and keep it short as I like to look like a woman when I’m naked not a girl - my husband does go hairless for me which I like

Just like hair on most of the body, it only grows so long. Think about it, most men don’t shave their body or underarm hair, but are they tripping over their leg hair?
Pubic hair probably only grows to about 10cm or so.
My male bush is as nature intended as I know my OH prefers it that way. I have shaved it all off and quite liked it, but it was a no from her!

My partners are unshaved. The easiest way to keep it tamed is to use a buzz clipper with whatever length guard you like best. My husband keeps it short, like 1/4 inch. A couple of my partners don’t even bother to trim, but its not growing hugely long either. Like an inch or maybe 1.5 inches.
I don’t shave… and I’ve never shaved my armpits either. I’ve been using a clipper and a 3/8 inch guard for everything lately, and then waxing below my clit to make it look bigger.
I get my bikini line regularly waxed and this year my OH has been using his clippers to trim everything for me. It’s quite an intimate and erotic act which he benefits from he’s also started to trim himself and I prefer him this way. Each to their own and whatever works for you.
My OH doesn’t wax or trim etc … decent sized bush without being crazy … it’s totally fine. I love going down on her. The best bits to lick don’t have any hair on them anyway …
I never used to think about it in my youth, but as I grew older I kept it trimmed and neat. Now with my new lifestyle, I keep it hairless and have bought a home IPL so that I can make it a permanent thing.
A very neatly trimmed triangle is perfectly ok…the totally buffed look is something we have come to later in life. We just found the feeling and look more pleasing.

It is a very personal choice , without any type of connotations attached to it.
I used to feel exactly like that. Then my husband started looking at my pussy almost like a work of art, and over tiime, I started removing hair to improve his view and make his licking nicer for him.
