I got my first test cage yesterday and learned a lot as well as having questions, like what are the little number tags for? Do they attach to the key?
It’s hard to balance a device thats meant to hinder erections when trying to fit it generates one!
Maybe one to try after a shower when everything is loose as it was difficult getting things to stay where they were meant to.

The numbered plastic tags are for when (if) you need to go through airport security/metal detectors wearing your cage. This does take as read that the cage is plastic, of course!
As for fitting, I’ve found that if you’re getting erect while trying to fit your device, try going into a squatting position while breathing slowly, and make a tight fist with your free hand. Both these techniques exercise muscle groups that will help you lose your erection long enough to lock yourself away. At least, that’s what works for me

They replace the metal lock when you have to pass through a metal detector.
They are numbered so that your keyholder can see how many times you’ve removed the lock.

Oh, so they work like cable ties and have to be snipped (carefully) to be removed?

Quick update, it’s on and lots of mixed feelings and practicalites I wanted to check with more experienced users.
One, this feels like its easy to remove the main part by pulling it away so it feels more symbolic than fully locked away.
I managed to warm up enough to fit things in, this doesn’t cut circulation does it? Its a little red but that could be chafing when putting on ( lesson learned on importance of shaving!). I know with proper cock rings they shouldnt be on for more than 20 mins, but chastity cages can be longer? It feels like blood flow is still there but its all very new.
For something thats meant to inhibit, Im very aware of its presence! Does this go with time or is that part of the deal?

If you can remove it easily without unlocking it then it’s the wrong size. Possibly the rear ring needs to be smaller or the gap between the two rings needs to be smaller. I used to bend my metal cages to get the best fit.
I used to wear mine from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to bed.
I Locktober I used to wear it 24/7 for the whole month. If it fits correctly it doesn’t cut off the circulation.
Mind you I used to wear stainless steel cages which are easier to keep clean while still wearing them.

I would be nervous about going smaller but I’ll give it a try next time I put it on.
I wasnt sure my wife would like it but she reminded me we have discussed it before so its not a surprise or a worry.
Another unexpected find on this, is I have never been so aware of my testicles as I have wearing the cage!

I know what you mean re: escapability, as you can simply pull your penis out of the tube. For a truly inescabable chastity device, you would need one with a PA (Prince Albert) attachment, but ofc that depends on your level of dedication!
Thanks, this is dabbling so that may be overkill! Its snug enough to stay on, Im more concerned about the testicles, its cold so things are a little tight and it feels like it runs the risk of acting like a full on cock ring with all the risks of trapping blood flow.
