Clone-a-willy tonight.

Brought a clone-a-willy in December for our wedding anniversary. Not had a chance to do it yet. So we will be cloning it tonight. Any tips from people who have done this?
Many thanks.

No tips no! but I'd love to hear how you get on with it!

Ive done a couple of them. Make sure you do it over a hard easy to clean floor or something waterproof because it will leak out as you put yourself in the moulding material. Have everything you need to hand and and easy to reach and most importantly make sure the water temperature is spot on.

As long as you follow the instructions carefully Ive found them quite easy to do other than one faulty kit that didnt set but LH sorted that out for me.

Im very tempted to try the new one that does balls as well!

Oo I really want to get one of these. Which one did you get? Please let us know how you got on with it x

This is the one I got. The mould is done. So far so good. The hardest bit is well staying hard enough when it time to do the mould.

How did it go in the end? :)

This is the one I have my eye on so they are the same brand. How did yours turn out? I didnt think of staying hard :/ how long did it take to do the mould? I think my partner would struggle with that. http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=26610

It only takes 4 mins to do the mould what didn't really think about the tube you do the mould in you cut it to size for doing the mould and then you need not water so had to wait for that to cool and mix the mould up as well. Which took about 50 mins. If did another one would have done a lot of that first rather then staying hard.

Done the silicone mix now just waiting for it to set now. Only thing not sure of is the mould is not completely central so not sure if it going to work or not.

Thanks I will bare that in mind when I come to getting one :) I hope it works out! X

Well, we had several failed attempts... the mould just sets way too quickly for us. And yes, we have followed the instructions to the letter... So want it to work, any tips?

I really want to do one of these.
Can't wait to hear the final result :)

Think i remember you saying this before. Did you ever trying buying some slow curing alginate from a mould making supplier? Im not sure if im allowed to link to other websites here but you should be able to find some on google.

That would work out quite expensive if it not worked four times era. Don't know what to do if this one didn't work. Silicone is in now Paige will find out in the morning how well it worked.

Keep us updated mate! I'm interested about giving one too one of my lady friends who asked for it.

I did it on my own as a present for OH and had several failed attempts before not bothering trying to heat the water and just using room temp. water.

This gave me time to mix the powder, get hard and pour it in the tube.

I think you just need to assume you will not get it right the first time or so and just get spares.

Sounds awesome

Have removed the clone now from the mould and it has worked quite well. The head is very realistic and the underside of the shaft as worked very well and the veins have come up very realistic. The only part that has not worked to good is part on top of the shaft where the mould was not completely central and it has set quite smooth instead of realistic. That part was a little loose so we thought it was best just to cut that bit back so dirt don't underneath it.

That sounds so good! I'm well pleased that it came out right. You've been cloned ha ha.

Dali, thanks for you remembering and your advice is always present in the back of my mind! I have tried finding the powder back in Italy where we lived up until recently, but even specialised hobby and art crafts' shops, or DIY chains have never heard of it! Which was ridiculous honestly... Then the big move finally came and I just had no time for this. But I'm hoping to find some here in our new country, as we do live in a capital city now. We do feel like two idiots with uni degrees for not succeeding in this, LOL! Private_member, thanks, that's useful, I think our next attempt has to be about prolonging time with water temperature too! Happy for you though (and also envious, haha), bondagegod!

Thank you era. Hope you do get one to be successful.
