I am interested in this topic as well. I tried to use a cock ring to help me maintain a erection due to having problems with ED. Personally I found them difficult to get on due to lube being on the erection after using a penis pump. Did a little but could not get on with it. Good luck its worth a go though.

I’ve tried on a number of times in the past, though last time was maybe about 10 years ago now.
I’ve never had any erection issues, or issues with finishing prematurely (thanks porn!), and addressing these are some of the main benefits of a cock ring… so maybe I’m not best placed to answer the question.
Personally, I didn’t really like it. It made the feeling in my dick less sensitive (kind of the point), which I didn’t really like because why would I want to use something which took away pleasure?
Once I also got the ones with the bunny ears for clit stimulation for her, but the ring kept shifting, and by the very nature of penetrative sex (ie in and out, in and out) this meant that it wasn’t contacting her for very long so she didn’t get much from it. Plus as mentioned above, we found it a little bulky. I turned it upside down once so that the ears vibrates on my balls a little, but it was too directed and it started to feel a little uncomfortable.
So I didn’t like it, but some others obviously do.
So, to conclude, as with most sex toys you may love it or you may hate it, but they’re cheap so worth having a go and finding out. It’s the only way to tell.

Yes i have tried rings for premature probs,but can never find one thats fits properly to work.

From a female perspective, we like ours, he says similar to what others have said with lasting longer. Whether that’s because he goes numb I don’t know. He doesn’t have pre existing issues with ED or PE so we use it purely for fun.
He used ones previously that he found didn’t sit right, but we have one now from LH that vibrates and has two loops which keeps it in place.

For me personally it’s purely for looks, makes me very thick and veiny, we haven’t really tried and vibrating ones as we have plenty of other toys that are much more for specific areas that mrstoysrus likes

How you use it/them and what type/style/material can be very hit and miss and you may buy many before you find the best style you.
People often buy ones that are too big so perform poorly possibly as theres often only one size, personally i like a metal version that sits behind the balls round everything also sometimes using a silicone one on my shaft though the right size metal one on my shaft would be great too(misplaced mine) it can make the difference from disappointing myself to a happy wife.
I have the lh one that goes round the shaft and divides the balls its only one size, this limits its performance as its not quite right for me, quite some experimenting will be required id say

Dont be, buy, not from lh, a two part one like mine is in two parts that are held together by a screw or two, very secure and very essy to remove
