That thread covers pretty much all of it, but on the off-chance you're using an iPhone/iPad there's a known glitch where it sort of looks like you've uploaded your photo, but actually you haven't. You can get around this by uploading your photos to something like Dropbox, and then point the Lovehoney uploader to that version of your photo instead.
