Is there a way to view all of the items which are being discontinued?
Nope. I've asked tech and the directors before about this and it's not something they're planning on bringing in.
The sale section (which pulls in everything that's priced below RRP) is a good place to start as a lot of discontinued items are reduced:
Rather sad, my OH's favourite toy is something we got as a "Buy so much and get X" offer and she lost it for months and we couldn't find one ANYWHERE!
