Not having the right anatomy I cant answer from first hand experience but are you specifically wanting something electrical? If not, the Fleshlight range is very popular and no electric motors to concern nosey neighbours so might be a good option.

I think you’d get more pleasure from a Fleshlight than a flashlight but if a spot light on him while you use your hand works for you, then a torch seems a good option.

I Fleshlight or similar is definitely the way to go in my opinion.
You don’t nessarally need to go for a true Fleshlight. THRUST have a great range that are great quality at a modest price range.
