I have never discussed previous partners with my hubby. He knows about one of my previous relationships because we were all friends at the time but we have never discussed what we did or anything. Neither of us have ever discussed how many previous sexual partners we had before we got together. I know he was in a relationship with an older woman before we got together because his friends mentioned her. We have been together so long now and shared so much together that previous relationships seem irrelevant.
