One of our very first toys was a Lelo Tiani (then called 2) which is advertised specifically to be worn during "vanilla" intercourse without interference. We love it as a toy, but not particularly during intercourse as the internal arm interferes.
I have tried both the We Vibe 4 Plus and the Classic. The 4 plus was very uncomfortable to me even alone, let alone with his penis inside too. The Classic was much more comfortable. Unfortunately though both got sent back because they had connection issues both with the remote and the app. :(

Just as an alternative thought, I would have to NOT recommend vibrating cock rings.Whilst they sound good in theory they, by there very nature, move with the cock. Any that we have tried just ended up distracting for me trying ot make sure it made contact in the right place each time, and frustrating for her as the vibration vanished with each thrust.
Something that would stay attached to you (the female) sounds like a much better solution :)
