Once, to humiliate a sub (he was into forced bisexuality). Some work better than others. Some are quite responsive, others can be a bit finickety and splutter more than they shoot. For a lot of models you would need to be comfortable with squeezing the balls to make “him” cum 
Not personally, however, I very strongly recommend reading @Blonde_Bunny 's review of one. Very insightful, detail rich review. Be warned though, her reviews of products she likes do have an annoying habit of making you buy stuff!

I tested one a year or so back as had fantasies of trying out but alas the fantasy was way better or maybe I had a crappy toy… the dildo was really stiff and uncomfortable as had a plastic tube in it for the fluid to travel up, plus it wouldn’t take cum lube so only worked with water 
I’m sure there must be better ones out there as I’ve seen them in videos but I’ve become rather cautious over what I choose next if I was to try again.
