I suppose it’s like any dating kind of app, there are genuine and not so genuine people on there, you just need to take the time to work out who is who 
Some of the other forum members may have more insight than me though.
Have you tried searching 
for “fab” on here? You may find some useful information that way

It takes time to weed out the real people from the fakes I’ll be honest but fab is a great place to meet like minded people and to find a lot of fun.
I haven’t been verified yet as im a newbie/rookie ha, its the confidence too!
