I dont know what it is guys, but i have started seeing fantasy dildos everywhere. Loads of places seem to have started stocking them.
Wonder if theyr going to be the next trend after pegging or something.
What do you guys recon?

I donāt think itās really āthe next big thingā or a ātrendā, I just think itās become less taboo to want dildos that arenāt realistic. They used to be harder to find, and sometimes āregular dildosā just donāt appeal to some people.
I think itās great that newer, more mainstream places have started stocking them, because specialty fantasy dildo stores (especially here in Australia) can be difficult to find. More stores expanding their varieties allows them to reach more customers, and the best way to do that is to cater to everybody.
People like what they like, and itās nice that stores are beginning to stock more items for every individual body!

Iād love to think that itāll be the next big thing and that Lh might start stocking some.
Weāve always been a bit interested in ānon-standardā dildos - whether it just being non-anatomical or downright weird.
Weāve got one for a competitor that the OH enjoys using every now and then - bit variety is the spice of lifeā¦and Iād love to see her use more of themā¦and She enjoys the fantasy side of them tooā¦.
Theyāre certainly seeming to be less tabooā¦.

Essentially if its trying to look like it belongs to a dragon or unicorn or kraken or alien or werewolf or something, its a fantasy dildo. You can even get cool plant shapes and fluid marine looking fins and tongues and some really out there stuff

I must admit was was with @AJSTAR and did not know what they were.
I have since looked at @Green_Eyed_Girl post and followed the links. I now understand what they are. I donāt think it will be a main stream trend but I can see some being very interested in them.

I certainly hope so. However, I think fantasy dildos are already in high demand but not many mainstream stores cater for them. This maybe be due to cost, how they are made or may just think they donāt belong in their catalogue. Like their customers wouldnāt buy or find them too weird? Some believe using fantasy dildos is too close to bestiality so may fear of being controversial?
Years ago, fantasy dildos were much harder to find and some would resort to importing them (like I did). More have been popping up in the UK and even indie sellers have added their share making them much more accessible.
Porn has helped, too. Fantasy dildos are very showy and can come in eye watering sizes so they can get a lot of attention. Can also honestly say my partner only wants to see me use the monster toys, never anything realistic or plain because they are āboring to watchā.
Since Iām into monsters anyway, itās one of the few ways I can bring that kink to life. But even if youāre not into monsters, they are a hell of a lot of fun to use and watch.

Iāve pondered on a few fantasy dildos. I find the appeal in the unknown I suppose. Let the mind wonder and let the fantasy ride. I donāt really like anatomic dildos but I can still use them. I would definitely like to try more fantasy related or designed ones. I donāt know if it will be a mainstream trend or not. I like fun shapes and colorful toys.

Its nice seeing them become more readily available. Especially as some places have started stocking US makers. Hopefully saving me a ton of postage at some point. Getting them shipped from abroad is a pain

I couldnāt manage one of them!
@JoCat - You can get smaller versions of the same toy along with custom colours or extra features like suction cups or cum tubes. Just make sure you double check the dimensions otherwise you might get something you canāt use or wonāt enjoy.
Anything is a dildo if youāre brave enough and I love a challenge

I always check dimensions and get the tape measure out. Though I did that when I bought the big lad and thought 6.5" looked doable. It was not! But I learned my lesson with that one.
