Maybe look into an inexpensive, inflatable wedge. Inflatable is nice because you can adjust the firmness and height to a certain degree, and inexpensive in case you do not like it at all. Then if it works you could find a better one if you need to. If you do not want to do that at all, you could fold the pillow over or stack pillows
