Not really lingerie but there is a style of underwear that involves two pieces that get worn on each leg to make up a full pair. I can’t link to it based on LH rules but if you look at a few “ball busting” vids you will see what I mean. My only considerations were (admittedly) the lacy look and feel, open access at the back for pegging, and openable at the front to display that caged cock without tearing the lace.
