How is your search going? A Google shows a fair few like the one you linked in Pander to Me that might do the job but yeh, definitely toilet breaks would be required!
With a male chastity cage (at least the barred cage design) you can thoroughly clean it without taking it off but I doubt that you could effectively clean a device which covered the vagina and anus without removing it which really defeats the object of a chastity device.

True; it may be one of those things where anatomy and biological needs defeats any attempt at long-term use design. Even there, male cages would still need to be removed periodically to check for chafing, unseen damage or purely for a deep clean of both device and organ, and this is where some self- control (or a watchful eye!) comes into play. Also, the dedication of the cage-ee to be true to the cage-er and why the device is there in the first place.
