If you have a shower in the bathroom, then there are a number of waterproof toys and the shower on full blast will just about deaden if not drown out the noise. Take a water proof radio into the bathroom with you and your all set to go.

Itās a possibility I guess. Not having the equipment down there, I may not be the best to answer, however I can say many women masturbate using the methods I listed. I would think that you want the water stream aimed at your clit vs your vaginal opening. Also if using a bidet, consider hygiene. Given the varied state of your water supplies around the US I understand why that might be a worry. Iād suggest a bullet or clitoral vibrator if you havenāt used a toy before and youāve not tried any penetration (you could start playing with your fingers before buying something for this). Personally I find wands too powerful and also rather noisy.
