Funeral Songs

My auntie had Bring me Sunshine- Morecambe and Wise play first which cracked us all up as it seemed an oddly upbeat thing to start on and then Dancing- Kylie to finish which was lovely.

I’ve always been a fan of A Tout Le Monde- Megadeth as a funeral track but I guess that’s me liking things literal.

A Tout Le Monde, one of Megadeths finest and a great choice!

I was literally listening to good riddance last night and thought what a great funeral song this would be

It’s a brilliant song and a great choice, I’ve got a few, some I’ve mentioned in an earlier post and I’ll add Bob Dylan knocking on heavens door and Led Zeppelins stairway to heaven, one of my all time favourite songs

I love Green Day and a lot of their songs. I was actually surprised you knew the song as a lot of people recognise it for a different title

Yeah, most people who tell me they like it call it time of your life, I do like green day, got some amazing songs, especially the early stuff, haven’t listened to them for ages but spent a few hours listening to them on you tube last night

I almost put that but decided on numb instead, love both songs, slipknot have one called till we die, that’s worth a listen to

I’m not a massive slipknot fan to be honest love rock/ metal heavy metal but never really got into them. Korn is probably as heavy as I’ll go. Can you remember freak on a leash. One of my favourites. Loved the video

Yeah my favourite Korn song, seen them a few years ago when they were supporting slipknot, were really good live, you’ll be surprised by till we die, it’s not the usual screamy slipknot song you’d expect

I saw motor head too. When the smoking ban came in they were smoking at the Sheffield arena and got fined. I was there
