Glass dildo suggestions?

if you are new to glass I recommend the tracy cox set, you get 2 and they are not oversized.

And is it ok to use silicone based lube with glass toys? i'm annoyed of the "only use with water based lube" thing because the one I have right now dries up realy quickly

yes, you can use the silicone lube with your glass toys!

does anyone know about the ones with colour spiral/nubs etc - is the glass painted in those areas or is it coloured glass? I ask because I once had a glass dildo (not an icicles one) with coloured nubs, and they were painted, and the paint started to flake off... I threw it away.

it was not bought from love honey

the spiral sensual and nubby textured glass dildos are coloured glass for sure (I own them ones)

My first one was Icicles number 43 (heart shaped) which I really kind of regret, its quite bent and uncomfortable for me to use.

After that I got umber 8 which is one of my all time favourites, its just SO beautiful :)

Have you tried the no 5? it also looks appealing to me

Haven't used but I have seen it in person- the swirls would give some pretty amazing stimulation I think!

I've been lusting after Icicles 8 for a whole year now just because it's so beautiful!

I was never one of those people that went 'oh my god my sex toy is so pretty it can be an ornament in my house' but oh my god the number 8 is TOTALLY that!

Hi Lovehoney Page

How can I put in a request for LH to stock a particular shaped glass dildo. I bought one from another place before comming to LH. it is a series of balls bonded together that go from about 10 mm diameter and get progresively larger but it is only 6 inch long including the handle. I would love a bigger version with a good size handle, I have seen one on a porn movie so I know they are made somewhere. I have the LH curved one, but the balls are all the same size and partners have trouble holding onto it in use, as I like it used with vigor. but it is still my favourite for now.

Hello!

I think I know what you mean, do you mean something like this but in a more anal beads type of style?

We have had two similar in the past (see http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=17139 and http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=17529) But from what I can see they don't look like the best sellers for us.

Thanks everyone I just made a decision and finaly bought the tracy cox set! Looking forward to trying it!

Hey, I'm interested in buying my first glass dildo and I don't know which one to choose. There are so many shapes and I don't know what I like. I'm relatively new to sex toys too so I don't know if i'm gonna enjoy a glass dildo but I feel like trying it.

Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe these: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=17187 because it's pretty much two for the price of one so it would allow me to try different things and know what I like.

Hi.

These are really good:

I hope you love them.

I juste wanted to thank you everyone. I have ordered the tracey cox set and it arrived today and I just tried the first one (white one). I'm so excited I can't even wait to have tried them both to tell you guys how much I loved it! I'm looking forward trying the other one (maybe tonight with my bf!)!

It sure isn't the last glass dildo I'll buy! Thank you for introducing me to this amazing world! :P

welcome to the rather beautiful world of the glass dildo... once you're in the club, you're a member for life ;)

One thing, Is it possible to be too rough and to tear you vagina with the pression? Not by the breackage of the glass but like breaking your vagina (weirdly said). It is really hard, not like the other toys I own so i'm thinking maybe I should be a little more carefull.

if you feel any discomfort, then yeah slow it down a bit! chances are if you slow down, your body will adapt and then you'll be able to be a bit rougher anyway. I personally find glass smooth enough to not even need lube, but a bit of lube could help too if you feel not 100% comfortable yet

The Tracey Cox set are an excellent buy. Glass = my favourite. I think you'd have to jab pretty hard to hurt yourself, as all the edges are smooth, but if you're in any doubt or any discomfort, then definitely slow down. It isn't worth the risk of hurting yourself. Start slow.

After reading all the above, may buy a set myself.
I do love ice/ cold sensation, could a butt be used from the fridge with some lube of course.
U all seem to have butt fun.x

oh yes, the fridge would be fine, or try a glass of iced water by your bedside x

(I wouldn't put it in the freezer tho, you wouldn't want an 'ice burn'!!)

The idea of glass dildos never appealed to me before as I thought they looked like they would hurt and feel uncomfortable but recently I have really come around to the idea and am looking at purchasing my first one. The Tracey Cox set looks great and some of the Icicles ones look beautiful too. Decisions, decisions...

I bought the Tracey Cox set recently as a starting point after othe forum members commented on how much they loved glass, I have to say I love the feel of them and personally don't feel any pain whilst using them. Haven't written a review yet as I don't feel I've given them a thorough enough road test but so far so good! I'm already eyeing up one of Lovehoney's own branded glass dildos as my next glass toy, I agree that once you've tried glass you'll want to add to the collection!
