Hi AA, sorry to hear you are in a lot of pain, I have had torn ligaments before and know how sore it is.
I had a great time away with my boy, my mate and her kids. We had booked a chalet but it had been flooded so we were upgraded to a luxury caravan for our stay! I imagine some people leave them in a right mess but not us, we made sure it was clean and tidy before we left. I'm pure shattered after my little holiday, can't wait to get into my own bed. x
We didn't do that much but we made sure all the surfaces were clean, the cooker and the fridge lol. I used to be a chambermaid so know how much cleaning is involved, even in somewhere that looks clean and tidy.
We went to Craig Tara. The deal we got was too good to miss, £159 for 6 of us, mon-fri, half board. I used to work there when it was Butlins, it was much better back then. The kids had a blast, that was the main thing. We enjoyed it too, was good to get away for a few days. x

I agree with ya! I stayed at a Haven park a good few years ago now, and the two and a half days was more than enough. We actually spent most of the time in one of the nearby towns visiting the local attractions, there wasn't much to keep us entertained inside the park.

Not even Bradly Bear? When I was working in the complex, I was told it was a sackable offence to pull Bradly the Bears tail while you were on shift! Haha! And yes, somebody got sacked for it previously!
I remember there being a puppet show for the kids with a snake in it, then later on in the night in the more adult part, one of the entertainers said he didn't like the snake, it makes his arm hurt. Went over the heads of the kids but got a giggle out of me. It was probably the highlight of my visit lol.
