I am not too flexible , never have been and advanced years did not help . Here is an idea for toy makers , make a dildo or two with a firm handle . The prostrate massagers may have the correct curve , however there is no way to use them to apply pressure as you massage the prostrate . I also bet there are women that might like a handled dildo ?
