I think that for ‘most’ guys the answer is probably no… but I am speculating.

Ours was one for a while!!! After kids, busy jobs etc come into the picture.
I looked into it and saw lots of research that says it’s one of the most common reasons for marriages to break down.
I’m lucky that my wife was open to therapy and we rekindled that part of our lives - and made sex better than ever before.

Obviously women experience major hormone changes that effect so many things , both physically and emotionally .
However we have found that adopting a sexual mindset is so important.
Think sad things and youll be sad.
Think happy thoughts and youll feel brighter.
Think sexual things and a better chance of feeling sexually motivated.
Exercise is also a great way of stimulating feel good ( which are often sexual) endorphins.
We are working on exercise and positive sexual thinking for my wife at the other end of menopause… her sexual mindset was getting low. She wanted to stimulate it, so we are working on exercises as therapy to hopefully boost it and mitigate some of the physical effects that menopause has had on her body ( some weight gain)
