Help us develop the next prostate massager

Hi All,

We are currently working on a new prostate massager for people with a penis. We would like to hear your thoughts on the following topics, as they help us to create a great product which provides the best stimulation. If you’re already using a prostate massager, we’d love to know which product you are using and why you like the Product.

  1. Size and Shape: insertable arm size and shape, Adjustable insertable arm, Inflating insertable arm - What size and shape do you prefer in a prostate massager?
  2. Stimulation Type: Vibration, stroking prostate massager head (moving up and down), or rotating prostate massager head (moving in circles) - which type of stimulation do you find most appealing?

We love to hear your thoughts!

Very interesting indeed! I have a few Prostate Massagers and do enjoy using them but I feel like I get more from the sense of ‘taboo’ than them actually ‘hitting the right spot’.

My go to is the Mantric Prostate Vibrator although I would say slightly less girth and a little more length would make a more enjoyable experience.

As for the stimulation type I think stroking or rotating would be optimal, I find that vibrations feel great at first but almost just become a little numbing after a little while and most of my enjoyment is from moving the toy around inside.

Also, for the best experience an easy to use remote is essential for me so that would be a great addition!

Hope that’s helpful, interested to hear other thoughts

I I use to massage my prostate with a glass dildo or metal Njoy wand. I prefer rigid toys rather than silicone or vitrating toys

I have a Remote Control Mantric prostate massager which feels nice but the battery life is too short.

I have an Aneros Progasm Ice which I occasionally use and I have an Electrastim and an inflatable vibrating butt plug.

The problem I find with most prostate massagers (and butt plugs) is that, as a user of very large plugs (9.5" circumference), most of them will no longer stay in place.
Personally I would love a prostate massager with a larger bulb and narrow neck so that it will stay in place as long as is needed.

I have been using : https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/sex-toys/male-sex-toys/prostate-massagers/p/tracey-cox-edge-remote-control-rechargeable-prostate-massager-with-cock-ring/a46674g83839.html
The girth is nice and vibrations are nice and rumbly too. Unfortunately it doesn’t quite hit my prostate right but feels much better than the vibrating beads I have used which I couldn’t feel the vibrations deep enough, even though it was a touch to long to be comftable.
It would be nice to have vibrations that hit all the way down with more girth inside but not down the entire length.
And for me personally an added cock and ball ring is a must to feel that little extra stretch!

I’m fairly new to prostate massagers, I have the Lovehoney High Roller Remote Control Rotating Prostate Massager. I would recommend having a remote seems to work good. Maybe stronger vibrations and more thrusting.

I can second the remote being important……. It can be difficult having to reach round and find the button to press how ever many times it takes to get to that one you like …… :man_facepalming:t3::joy:

my ideal prostate massager would be something with a little bit more girth, especially at the neck, to help hold things open about 1.5 diameter.
as I don’t get much out of vibrations, I would go with a thrusting action,
4 to 5 inches, insertable,
Bluetooth connections for long-distance partner play and a narrow t-shade base for safety and comfort.

I love a good massager but not had much variety in them so not sure how I’d be of use lol

I have many prostate massagers, both rotating and vibrating types. Rotating toys feel the best, but added vibrations would be great. Definitely need a remote. With all of them, they can tend to want to slip out, especially when I clench during orgasm. Please make one with a large bulb just inside the entrance to prevent slippage.
The types that incorporate a cock/ball ring tend to get pulled out when I move, so I prefer to use separate rings.
My ideal design:

  1. 5 inch insertable length
  2. Circumference around 5.5 inches at widest point
  3. Quite a narrow neck, with a large bulb to hold things firmly
  4. Rotating and vibrating
  5. Firm silicone construction

I don’t want to seem like Homer Simpson designing a car here but here are my thoughts.

  1. A tapered/pseudo-conical tip for easier insertion.

  2. Flexible insert, so we can bend it to hit the right spot.

  3. This is a lot to ask, but a come-hither motion (if even possible) would be amazing. Failing that a rotating motion would simulate that well enough.

Being newer to prostate massagers I have a vector+ and a lovehoney high roller and really enjoy both. I am really interested in trying one of the thrusting massares as well . To me a combination of the vector+ with the adjustable neck and vibration, along with the rotation of the high roller that has a short thrust to it would include the best of all worlds in a prostate massager. Just my thoughts though.

I havent got a full on pure protate massager (i did try the Aneros Helix Syn Trident Silicone Prostate Massager but to no great avail!)

However from my short time testing, i do like a firm (and hard pressure) vibrating tip on the massage head that touches the protate. The vibrations need to be ON THE TIP of the vibrating end, not near the base like alot of vibrating butt plugs.

I feel like prostate massagers as a rule are too short, I feel they need to be a lot longer for control and getting the correct angel from a distance rather than having your hand right up at the hole, ie, it should be more like 14 inch handle, even if the actual toy bit is more like a human finger in size. I feel more important than insertable is controllable A come hither motion like a female anatomy g spot toy would be clever also.

100% agree about the tip

Hi,

I like a combination of adjustable with vibration and solid with ridges.

One of my all time favourites is:

This hits my P spot like nothing else and not in a harsh way it builds to a crescendo.
Key elements are control, manoeuvrability, ridges, point of contact and enough length to use.

I have a “thumping” prostate massager at the moment and have owned a few others - thrusting, Vibrating etc. I think a strong Vibrating one is great, i also particularly liked the thrusting one. The thumping one hasn’t quite hit the spot for me yet. Biggest factors for me:
Needs to be 100% waterproof - not just to use in the shower but for ease of cleaning
Needs to have a good curve
Not too long for Insertable Length because I’ve felt longer ones hitting my bladder and that definitely was a turn off!!
Thrusting was definitely good, needs to have a good speed range and also not be too loud. Hope that helps!
Also, happy to volunteer to test any prototypes

I have used several different prostates massagers with vibration features (including other prostate sex toys including the njoy Purewand Stainless Steel Dildo and several Aneros prostate massagers) and out of all of the prostate massagers that I have used this is the best:

Lelo Loki Wave 2

It honestly is fantastic and perfectly designed to stimulate your prostate (in the specific pushing motion that works best) to make you have prostate orgasms! There is a prostate orgasm topic we have been discussing for a few years which has all of our thoughts and best tips for having prostate orgasms:

Personally, I have used prostate massagers that clearly were not designed to give the user a prostate orgasm (these are normally the vibrator ones) so I really think specialising and focusing on a prostate massager that can help as many people as possible have prostate orgasms (and to raise awareness in general about prostate orgasms, not enough people know about them or even believe they can happen) should definitely be the focus!

In terms of the size/shape/stimulation the Lelo Loki Wave 2 does everything perfectly so that is exactly what I would recommend for the design, but the real trick that you could do is to make your prostate massager specifically for people having their “first ever prostate orgasms” and include a guide that provides information/advice and very detailed step-by-step techniques so that anyone can do it!

I would be very happy to help in anyway I can (I am a BIG advocate of prostate orgasms, having only discovered them myself a few years ago and being an advocate raising awareness about how amazing they are for people who have lived an entire life only having penis orgasms/singlular orgasms) so do let me know if you would like any support and I would love to help you create a prostate massager that could really enable more people to experience these amazing prostate orgasms!

You almost don’t want to make another

prostate massager

but a

prostate orgasmer

or something with a better name then that haha but you get the idea, something that specifically helps people have their first prostate orgasms and then they can explore the wide range of other prostate massagers :grinning:

I currently switch between my njoy wand and anything that vibrates. I used the lovehoney booty buddy when I first started but grown out of it now.

Ideally, you’d have something that does a
bit of everything. 6"+ insertable length with a suction cup so it can be used as a dildo. Slightly curved to hit the prostate, as well as ripples / ribbed for a great feeling when inserting. I personally love anything that vibrates as it gives an increase in pleasure and if it can be wireless remote / app controlled, that adds to the pleasure play as you can use it with a partner too.

I’ve never had one that can move up and down but that does sound amazing!
