Begin with what interests you and what you think you would enjoy. There are lots of starter kits with a selection of basic toys that will give you an intro and maybe an insight into which sensations you like best. Go from there.

You get them by purchasing them to start with. If you want to join the tester program you will need a good handful of helpful and informative reviews before you can be considered for testing.
