I used to be running at about 3 or 4, depending on how much spare time I had. Would start out with one in the morning to get the day moving and warm me up before jumping out of bed into a cold room. Would then do one just before leaving work and then another during the evening. Have been experimenting with chastity recently so these figures are far above what I currently manage...
