Finally compiled my year-end stats to provide some solid analysis! Some preamble:
- Sexual encounters defined for 2022 as in-person, shared experiences involving the existence of one or more orgasms OR penetration.
- I did not include in these numbers phone/video sex while one of us traveled,
- nor did I make any attempt to log solo masturbation.
- Margin of error should be allowed: I used a tally system rather than tracking specific dates/times, so determining if I missed a day was based on the timestamp of my last edit in docs.
- “Specials” indicates encounters resulting in specific notes. Primarily made up of deviations from routine bedtime sex, including extended romps, quickies, inclusion of new or multiple toys, or oral sex. This does NOT mean that everything not counted as “special” was routine, though.

- Peak month: In May we went away the two of us for the first time since becoming parents in 2015. We did all the things, multiple times a day. Our first time after settling into the resort wifey begged me for anal with a dildo vaginally in her Womanizer clitorally. - The orgasm gap: Wifey surpassed me in orgasms in 3 months (January, March, and September) and we were equal in June. She’s a one-and-done, usually, and regularly invites me in for a quick go at bedtime even if she’s not interested. If it were up to me, I’d go down on her every day with repeat performances, but that’s not her preference.

- For 2023 I’ve modified a spreadsheet used to track workouts and hope to get a wider range of statistics, including tracking what type of encounter (including virtual/remote), primary and secondary positions, and any enhancements (including oral, anal, bondage, toys, and roleplay) as well as a notes section for additional clarification. Biggest question for me right now is whether or not Oral should be classified as a primary type of encounter or a primary position. Right now I have it as a position, as it sometimes occurs at bedtime, sometimes in a quickie, and frequently as part of an extended, intentional romp.
