How old is your TV and what size screen?

Mine is about 12 years old and 32 inch screen.

40 inch, 5 years old , still can’t use all the functions, have to wait until the grandchildren come round to sort it out.

65” and about 5 months old, when it comes to tv’s size DOES matter! :winking_face_with_tongue:

I will add, that the increments of cost as you go up screen sizes are negligible so for me it made sense to go up from my previous 50” to this one.

65" bought last year, I like to be lost in the film like I would be at the cinema.

I think 55” and less than a year old. Mainly because a puff of smoke came out of the old one just before the screen went terminally black

(Previous one was the same size.)

75 inches, it’s a bit big for my house and it’s about 5 years old. The cinema screens feel small when I go now, it ruined the cinema!

I’d like to get a Samsung frame for the other room as a secondary, social TV.

That’s why i went for a larger screen and a decent surround system, cos the public ruin the cinema!

Recently gone up to a 40” (may be 42”?) And what shocked was how bad our DVD discs where.

There was a fair bit of pixelation at 32”, but at 40” ish, we’ve had to enter the Blu Ray realm.

(I love owning dvd/blu ray and CDs. There’s something about having the physical object)

43’ so nothing special. With the generations changing and everything online, It hasn’t been turned on in over 5 years.

I do remember as a child, the TV playing a massive part of family life. Home and away. Casualty. Heartbeat. Crystal Maze. Fort Boyard. Saturday nights was great after having tea.

TV mag was always ready on the table

Often Bluray players upscale the resolution of dvd’s so don’t chuck ‘em!

I use mine a lot to play YouTube music videos, live concert blurays and 5.1 surround sound albums on bluray which often have onscreen content whilst the music plays. Obviously for films and TV too.

75 inch and just over a year old. The bedroom tv died so we moved the old lounge tv upstairs and took the advantage to get a new bigger one!
