Weirdly I was talking to my friend yesterday about something similar how it’s strange you hear of straight couples wanting to swing and experiment with same sex stuff, yet don’t ever hear of it in the gay circles like two men in a relationship wanting a threesome with a woman or even two lesbians wanting to try it with a man?!

I may be opening a can of hurt ass here but I have never known lesbians to participate in open discussion like this. My past experience has been that as soon as one identifies as lesbian, single hetero guys are all over it wanting to talk dirty or set up a threesome. I don’t doubt there are some great lesbian message boards out there but I don’t think the mixed gender / sexuality ones work for them no matter how good the moderation is. There are some here with mixed relationships and good on them but that is also different than being full on committed lesbian. Unfortunate really because I would like to have an open discussion with both lesbian and trans at some point. I have only had the chance once before for open discussion with each but both were good and I learned a lot.
Gay guys are a dime a dozen. I can talk to them anytime. LOL
Haha! Yes lesbian community seems very underground secret as you don’t really hear much about anything with them. Trans is a little more open than it used to be and can get conversations going fairly easy 
I do often wonder why in lesbian couples you tend to get one that is rather butch and manly as would think if a woman likes women they’d want them to be feminine rather than masculine if makes sense?!
Surprised by that last comment @AJSTAR . Would it not be like me asking about top/bottom or bear & twink as a hetro? If I go to a pride parade there are many rather flamboyant participants. The gay guys I know in person are pretty normal and fun to hang with. They just have a different preference and usually have an uncanny sense of humor about their sexuality.

That is correct but rightfully so IMO. Lesbian is well represented in pride events but you rarely see topics posted on message boards. As soon as they do, hetro guys are all over it when they are not interested. I had two different discussions with trans at various stages of transition over coffee. Both knowing I would have some very ignorant questions. By ignorant, I mean the true meaning of simply not knowing rather than being rude and uncomplimentary. Great learning experience and one I would love to discuss with lesbian should they be willing.

They definitely exist but what could a male of any sexuality possibly add to their discussions? I tried for years to have someone represent the lez community on an open discussion board without luck. Did way better with gay and trans and honestly, I am better for it thanks to their open discussions. I had some really stupid questions and I will always respect their patience in answering them.
