Sorry, Alicia, this sounds like a separate issue.

Please try and clear cookies or cache to help it run. There seem to be no other reports of this, so could it be an internet connection issue? A way to check is to load up a page like BBC news. 

If you are still having issues with the site freezing please do get in touch with customer care, they can raise this for you :)

Mine all seams to be working fine today now. Amazing and quick work lovehoney. I'm sure you must have some magic little fairys working there sprinkling their unicorn dust 🤔😘

I have had this issue for a few weeks now. Last week I got logged off mid way through posting and I couldn't sign back in. I had to reset my password to get back into my account. Sometimes I'm only logged in 10miniutes or so before it logs back off. I use an android phone

I’m still having this issue - I’m on an iPhone 6S iain Safari in normal (non-private) browsing mode.

i seem to be logged out frequently, every time I switch to another site and come back it’s logged me out so within a few mins.

I have had an issue today after it seemed to get resolved. I have written a couple of reviews but when it came to submitting it said i wasn't logged in. Thankfully going back i was able to copy the review and log in using a new window and paste it. I would of given up if i had to write them again.

It has its own internet browser app.
