It really depends. I have some nursing bras (primarily because you can't get quarter cup or peek-a-boo bras in H sizing) - if I'm wearing one of those, it stays on (but he will open it up to start sucking).
If I'm wearing a mega short skirt, he won't take anything off - he'll just hoik it up (it's such a turn on).
Other than that, he'll strip me completely. I do love my husband removing what clothes he wants to before shagging me. Rarely do I take them off myself, as I find him removing them to be part of our foreplay.
