Hi there, do you have any idea why the forum now mostly says it has one more Unread thread than there is.
If it says there are 5, there are only 4, and the last one only disappears when you go back into Unread and there isnāt one. It then works OK until you leave the forum and come back at a later date, when it starts all over again.
Iāve had that on mobile for the last 10 months since joining the forum.
Hmm, it sounds like at some point you have signed up for emails on the US site, do you use a VPN at all? Iāll pass this along to the team to see if we can switch this to the UK for you
EDIT: To fix this - you just need to unsubscribe from the emails you are getting (there will be an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email), then re-sign up for emails on Lovehoney.co.uk
Hi @Lovehoney_Brenna , uploading pictures to the forum recently is driving me nuts as is not being able to see coding before posting.
My default browser on my phone for the forum is Chrome and using that I canāt upload pictures at all. It just goes to āprocessingā and never gets beyond that. If I switch to Samsung Internet, I can upload images but I canāt dictate any coding for placement, size, grid view, etc. beyond picking from three default sizes. I also canāt see the coding for links so cant check if theyāre correct before posting. This post, for example, looks terrible on my phone because it just shows four images one on top of the other. It might show two and two next to each other on a larger screen but itās driving me mad not being able to code anything the way I want it and instead having the edit browser essentially acting as the preview.
Tagging @Ian_Chimp too, in case he is still about as the font of knowledge for all things discourse. Any chance we can go back to a proper edit box and also regain the ability to upload photos in Chrome? 
If I could grab a video of the image processing issue that would be amazing, you arenāt the first to experience issues with it, but we havenāt been able to pin down the cause!
For the edit window however, I think I know what you mean, as I also had to revert it back to how it used to be.
This little slider should hopefully do the trick:

In Chrome, I get the following:
I click to upload a photo. It letās me go to my pictures and select one from my library but then just gets stuck on the above screen and never uploads it. The processing upload icon is swirling but it never completes processing. If you click the bin, it doesnāt clear the post properly either. If I go to another thread and try to post something, it is still trying to upload this until I completely refresh the browser.
Yep, that sounds like the familiar issue - very interesting that it is browser dependant though - that helps!
If you are happy to, please could you send me an email/message and let me know which operating system version you are using?
Iām using a Samsung A52s, android OS version 14, one UI version 6.1
Using Samsung Internet, I can upload photos fine. (Itās just the forum updates that now limit editing of posts are driving me nuts). Using Chrome, I canāt upload, it gets stuck during processing.
Does switching to markdown window not fix this?
