Ngl, Hermes have been much better than RM lately. My Hermes driver is an unsung hero. He has been at my house nearly every day the last 3 weeks (and yes, itās all Lovehoney 
). Itās honestly getting embarrassing seeing him

Despite being very sceptical about Hermes, Iāve now had two deliveries, one in the run up to Christmas and one on Saturday, and both have been faultless.

From the many posts above it does appear to be like everything in life - you get some good eggs and you get some bad eggs. Appreciate you can argue the percentage toss on that one.
Luckily for me we generally have excellent Hermes deliveries in our area, ordered last week in the sale and it was delivered within 48 hours.

Yesterday I was out & had asked Hermes to leave it next door. It wasnāt our normal lady, as she doesnāt work Mondays. Anyhow, as requested it was left where I asked. So, that 's now 3 out of 3 from Lovehoney delivered by Hermes, with no bother

With my most recent Lovehoney order I was given the option of Royal Mail or Hermes. I chose Royal Mail.
Itās due tomorrowā¦I ordered late Monday night.
Itās a valentines gift so no rush.

That is excellent if they have decided to offer both. I must admit of have now received 2 packages from LH one from each company and there has not been much difference in timings but RM tracking has been a lot better. @CurvyJilly
I had my third successive order go missing over ten days with Hermes, so I used my Trust Pilot review to ask āWhy Hermes?ā and for the first time give less than five stars (quite a lot less lol). Co-incidentally (???) my order turned up the next day.
Also a reply from Lovehoney indicated they may well be rethinking their association with Hermes

Lovehoney must be listening, it gave me choice of courrier this time.
Chose royal mail as much better for me. Reliable service is all I want.

Have had no problems with Hermes but have been given the option of RM or Hermes today so Iāll give RM a whirl and see how they do.
Donāt reckon theyāll beat my Hermes Superhero

I will always choose Hermes,I have never had a problem with them and with me being at work when they usually deliver itās a better choice as they will leave it in my Safe Place for me.
Royal Mail take it back to main post office and then I have to wait 24hr to collect it or wait for them to deliver it again which is usually 2 days later, Iām not that patient I want my LH order ASAP

Home, whatās that? Oh yeah, that place Iām paying a mortgage on but Iām never at because Iām at work to pay the mortgage on a place I never have time to be because Iām always at work

Made 2 orders on Saturday. One to be sent with RM and one with Hermes.
Hermes arrived today. RM expected tomorrow.

Latest delivery of my Valentine present turned up on timeā¦48 hour tracked Royal Mailā¦e-mail from them saying it was due to themā¦another saying they had itā¦another with a delivery day and time slot then one saying it had been delivered and when.
Not had an issue with Royal Mail or Hermes with my Lovehoney deliveries.

Just made my first order of the year after seeing the updates re RM being an option.
to be honest been really busy so wasnāt focusing on options, my delivery is coming via RM - didnāt see any obvious choice to select Hermes (thankfully I wanted RM) but I wasnāt really looking at details on each screen.
