The thought process is that it is over a long period of time. Sure you could use something like a pad as suggested above, but if it leaks out, do you want that shown on your pants?

Through my research, that kinda seems like the cockcage is only option at the moment. They have ones that you can have congrats and flexible ones that cover more that would help with the mess but each one has a piss hole. So that would be the only issue. It could be plugged so that’s a fix. But at the same time I’m looking at them, it doesn’t fully cover my vision.

Yup. I’ve also looked online and seen plenty of glans rings but no vibrating ones. Anything that vibrates is for the base of the cock. I feel like it shouldn’t be hard to decrease the outer diameter. But at the same time, I’m not a toy manufacturer lol
