Man they are so good. Very alien aliens. Cracking plots irrespective of sexy bits.
Anyway, thought id jam them up here to add to everyones monster reading lists. (They definitely hit the ādangerous scary things that love meā trope)

I think like you said itās the dexterity and how they can resemble tongues or penises. Also elements of being all tied up in them.
Interesting science fact: An octopus doesnāt have tentacles but arms as they arenāt the same thing. Well Iāll be damned. So most of that tentacle porn I look at is actually āArm Pornā? Hmmā¦ Just doesnāt have the same ring to it, does it

I love Monster Musume, it was an interesting show where the main dude kept getting into accidental lude incidents. It has been a while since I had watched it. My girlfriend now owns my Volume 1 of that!

@Mint-Monster I love octopuses, theyāve long been my favourite animal ever since I first went snorkelling on holiday and followed one around. Their evolutionary history is fascinating.
I did happen to know the arm fact, but I read a book called Other Minds by Peter Godfrey-Smith, and one of my favourite facts was even though they can colour match and perfectly camouflage to their surroundings, they are actually colour blind!
