New Website

I don’t think they transferred over correctly from the old site. New reviews don’t seem to be being posted as quickly as before either. New site glitch methinks! :wink:

I miss the ‘New in’ sections most - and being able to filter lingerie by size. That saved a lot of time (and led to quite a lot of impulse purchases)

@Silkyhat that’s one of my bug bears too!

I’ve found that if you select a category - say Vibrators - and then click on filter…if you then expand ‘category’ and scroll down you will find ‘New In Sex Toys’

Also works of you follow a similar process in, say, one of the lingerie categories, you will find a filter for ‘New in Sexy Lingerie’.

All very clunky, but I believe they are working on fixing it.

@Silkyhat and @RuggerBugger I do it differently… if you just type “new” in the search bar it takes you straight to “New In”.

You can then filter by category if you want to.

We will happily stick another review on, but was thinking about giving it a little while for everything to load up x

Just tried to put in an order and had to use live chat twice.

First to get the checkout page to accept a 20% discount code (in the end they had to provide a new code).
Second to get free delivery. The postage showed up as free on the checkout page but £3.99 postage was added on the payment page. In the end I had to pay the postage and they had to issue a partial refund to reimburse me.
Clearly all is still not well.

Following my problems completing an order as described above I have just received an email telling me that one of the items ordered and paid for is actually out of stock so it seems that the LH stock control system is no working properly either.

That part of the community profile was not carried over on to the new site.

SO do you know how I can write a product review?

That’s a shame. I liked seeing my review collection grow. It was also helpful seeing it in other people’s profiles, too :cry:

Same way as before. Go to the product page, scroll down to where the reviews are and there is a box saying “write a review”. On mobile it is just under the graph with the average score.

Hi!

I recently bought from the website for the first time since the update. I had an unlimited account before and have bought enough to still classify, however I was charged for postage. My 20% off discounts from reviews also no longer work. I never got an email or anything regarding this.

I’m really struggling to get in contact with customer service about it. The live chat doesn’t work on my phone and I haven’t got a response to my email I sent days ago.

Does anyone know how I can get help with this? I’m losing hope :frowning:

There have been a few teething problems, and not all the Unlimited accounts got swopped over properly. Did you use the Unlimited25off40 code in the checkout? It only works if you got swopped over right, so don’t worry if it doesn’t.

Brenna has been helping people get their Unlimited status back, so you can email her at the community@lovehoney.co.uk address and she’ll hopefully look into it tomorrow. :crossed_fingers:

As for your order, a few people have had the same issue and have ended up paying postage/extra but once they’ve managed to get hold of Customer Care they’ve been given a partial refund to cover the excess. They are harder to get hold of now (I’m assuming a lot of other people are having issues too :slightly_smiling_face:), but not impossible. :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers:

And if all else fails you can return the order for free and try again when the website is a bit more stable. :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers::slightly_smiling_face:

Apologies if this has been answered before, but I was quite proud of the reviews I wrote (and the quantity :joy:). Any idea if each members’ review pages will actually return or it is what it is now?

I also feel a sense of pride going onto various review platforms, seeing purchases, review products, then the reviews to go with each item. I’d be gutted if they were to disappear one day. Hopefully the feature will come as the website gets fine-tuned
