I’ve noticed that. It can be a bit of an issue.
I miss not being able to filter lingerie by size… it’s really annoying. Will it come back @Lovehoney_Brenna? 
To be honest, if it doesn’t then I probably won’t bother looking to buy lingerie because it’s a pain having to go into an item to then see if it’s available rather than being able to filter only to things that are relevant.
EDIT: it seems to be on offers rather than when you actually go into the lingerie section of the website that the issue occurs.

My latest order just went missing - it was there a couple of days ago, I reviewed it but since the review was published it’s not in my orders list @Lovehoney_Nick
I didn’t get a 20% email for the review either

I also haven’t received any of the review 20% discounts from my submitted reviews since the changeover.

I submitted a review just under 2 weeks ago and as yet it is still not published on the product review page. I also appear to have stopped receiving the daily emails again even though I have bot boxes ticket in the email preferences so I’m a little confused about that. Any help would be appreciated. 
Same here KattieC. I spoke to someone on livechat and she said they dont do that discount anymore

I don’t know what is going on, but I’ve just cancelled two orders made at the end of January because they haven’t even been dispatched.
Neither has an order I made on Tuesday. I’ll cancel that if it isn’t here by the start of next week - they seem in disarray.

I’ve done 3 orders in the past 2 weeks and they have all been dispatched same day and arrived a day early.

@Cupc8kes yes, because no parcels had arrived. They said none of the orders had been dispatched, so I cancelled the ones placed on 29th January while I was on the phone.
@MsR that’s strange.
We received one this week and I was going to place another order tonight.
Did they give you a reason why?
I don’t think she knew beyond ‘computer says no!’
Edit - none of the three orders showed on the ‘recent orders’ part of my homepage, even though I’d had confirmation by email inc order numbers. The one I said I would wait a little longer for still doesn’t. Very odd.
Just noticed that the reviews on this item do not match the product. Its a pair of thongs but some reviews are mentioning the Halterneck part.

I don’t really know where to put issues I’ve encountered and I have a few other mistakes I’ve spotted, but I think this is a new site issue, I get two different prices for these, one it’s listed at and one that pops up on the bottom. Je Joue Luxury 3 step ami Kegel balls. I tried to include a picture but it says I can’t embed one so not sure how to.

I have noticed that with prices but basically when you are viewing a product, the price at the top is correct.
When you scroll down, it recommends other products to go with it and tells you the price of the products together.
So you can either click add to basket at the top for the single item, or if you click the price at the bottom where it says add items to basket - it also add the recommended item too!
How do we access the sex toy testers list?

I had noticed that and wasn’t surprised when it did that, but separate from that there was another banner that popped up along the bottom showing it as on sale at about £10/20 above the listed price at the top. I’ve found another thing or two that shows a different price on the add to basket (with add ons) section than it does at the top (and by that I mean the individual price of the same item is listed differently), but I can’t immediately remember what they were.
Speaking of recommendations, while I’ve been looking through lingerie I find it tends to recommend the plus size stockings to match, when I’m looking at the standard sized ones.
