To put it bluntly I can’t sleep without having had sexual fun or some sort prior to hitting the pillow. We usually have fun every night so I’m fairly lucky but I think most people gratify themselves during the night if they feel the need.

My hubby gets erections in the night regularly and often is hard in the morning when he wakes up also. Usually things will settle down on their own but sometimes he will need to go and masturbate in the bathroom to get some relief.

I wish there was a way to find out how often I have an erection in my sleep along with a transcript or video of what my dream was about . Some times I wake up with such a hard erection I could take up chiseling granite . Years ago when my wife was still active we would wake up making love wildly . There is a way but I think you would have to claim erectile disfunction to get it free.
A strip is attached (not permanently - don’t worry) and it records how many times the strip is stretched (ie erection) during the night.
The simpler test is just to attach a strip and see if it is broken in the morning - different test, a lot cheaper and doesn’t tell you how many times it would be broken.
