Hey everyone!

Tried looking for a previous thread but couldn't find anything with the info I want.

Basically, the OH and I have been getting more into nipple play recently and I'm enjoying the pleasure/pain of biting, nipping, pulling etc and he enjoys watching and controlling.. So we were th8inking about trying some clamps but I have no clue where to start!

anyone know of any that would be good for beginners?

But basically, you'll want some adjustable ones because you don't know how much pain you'll be able to handle if you've never used nipple clamps before.

MRS loves nipple play! it is a part of every session.

I would skip the "beginer" stuff all together. A clothes pin is more readly available and has more pinch than most beginner/plastic "clamps".

It looks a bit scary perhaps but it is adjustable and allows you to customize the weight (or the "pulling" affect.

I have written a review on there for these too - but basically they are great for beginners and the more experienced users. We used to use the alligator style ones but found that they could sudenly close themselves and become quite painful.

We have found these to be really good as you have a lot more control over them. You can then tighten them as much or as little as you like by moving the metal ring upwards, which is great for making quick 'adjustments'. They look great too.

I reckon I'm after someting of soft material and adjustable. I do like the look of the chains, I think that'd add a nice, erotic edge

I think you would be safe with everything on this thread so far as they all have those little black covers and are adjustable. Let's us know, better yet post a reply to your own review once you get them!

I wouldn't recommend clothes pegs at all if you're a beginner to clamps or if you don't like a lot (and really, I mean a lot) of pain - you want something adjustable, like the Spartacus tweezer clamps that were recommended. That way you can see just how much 'ouch' you like - and how much 'ouch' you want in a particular session since that is likely to change, too. :)

But clothes pegs are what I used first of all, when I didn't have anything else and was indulging in D.I.Y nipple play, and - well, certainly the ones I own are really intense: so intense that I can imagine the pain wouldn't be some people's cup of tea.

CC, that is a great point: all pins don't pack the same pinch. Ours are pretty weak, thus why I said they were basic. Ours were the older style wood. I could imagien both stronger and plastic being more painful.

The ones I tried were old wood ones, too; I guess the springs of the ones in my house were just more stiff or something...?

So, I guess the moral of the story is to test your clothes pegs on your finger or something to see how strong they are, before you go straight for your nipples. :P

I actually used them on mine before putting them on MRS. but yes that is the moral of the story.

The pegs I have are WAY too tight even for the most experienced!
