The tweezer type are good starters. You can adjust the pinch and they are small enough so that the barely show through outside clothing if you want to wear them out.

I’ve recently acquired some nipple stimulators which are basically suction cups with rotating brushes in the top.

I was blessed with nipples that are a bit more prominent than most plus they are quite sensitive … they respond very well to the slightest touch, both in terms of sensations for me and enlargement.
