If I might offer a receivers perspective here, for me length is much less important than girth.
We have 3 dildos which we commonly use. One is 8" long x 7" circumference. The next is 8" x 9". The third is 10" x 9".

Changing sizes while you’re wearing the harness will be tricky.
Most of the harnesses use the main harness straps to hold the O ring in place so you have to unfasten the straps at the front to release the O ring.
If you really want a quick change it might be better to have more than one harness.
We have one pair of harness briefs for the 8" dildo and 2 harnesses already fitted with the bigger ones.
