I have a full set and love using them. 2 reasons .
If it was straight you could loose it.
And its curved so it might reach your prostate.
The medical ones are double ended and go up in size.

I think it is really amusing how guys tend to be quite squeamish about urethral play. I experimented with this in my late teens (a very long time ago now) and given the total lack of sex-toy shops back then used all manner of unsuitable things I will not list in case anyone thinks they might be fun. Try a "normal" one first at 7/8mm don't get a thin one that's too 'pointy' and you should be fine.
