Do penis pumps work?? I’ve just got one in the post and tried it not sure how long to leave it pumped or what? Any help would be appreciated hugely

They work, but they are a temporary boost of size. Usually a cock ring is also required to keep the extra blood there

i have a pump which gets me bigger/erect but as soon as i remove the pump i loose the erection and my size is reduced considerably. I do suffer with ED and never really get hard. Very frustrating.

I found a fleshlight with tight anal sleeve worked better than a penis pump,yet erect on release,easier to reapply and could use during sex.Otherwise as described,penis ring worked to retain erection.
They are fun to use and will turn the man on watching his penis grow in a tube (good for a partner to watch too) / but no long term effects

My friend recently told me that her partner uses a tight cock ring fitted around the base of his penis before ‘pumping up’. She said that as soon as he was hard he removed the pump and had sex, which felt bigger than usual. The cock ring helped keep the enlargement until he had cum.
