Hi all a little help please am trying to upload a couple of photos in my new underwear of LH I'm using my phone but I can't do it it keeps changing the profile pic instead??
They need to approved first I believe.
the place it says upload a picture is there then I go to upload one and it changes the profile picture instead?
I am sorry there are some known issues with mobile devices.
Try clearing the cache/cookies on the device, make sure it is the correct sizing as some phones make the pic too big. So you may need to re-size. Also make sure you are in the correct area: https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/image-upload.cfm
If it is still an issue after this try a desktop device.
Pop on the glitches thread (linked above) if it still doesn't work.
