It appears the pressure being put on you maybe affecting getting aroused quickly again. By pressure I mean you know she wants more and you would like to offer more.
Taking a short break and talking about something other than sex helps, it does with me anyway. Another way is place a lot of emphasis post orgasm on her whole body, gently kissing her up and down her body, dirty talk, cuddling, kissing, gentle strokes of her body, can help with becoming erect again pretty soon after the initial orgasm.

I’m the same. As soon as I’ve cum that’s it. There’s no getting hard again. Tried oral, wands, fleshlights. I’m ok after about 30 mins but then struggle to cum again.
I have found if I effectively ruin my orgasm stopping all stimulation wren it’s past the point of no return, I can get hard again much easily and quickly.
Maybe it’s a mental thing with me too.

So most men have a physical refractory period where they can’t get erect after ejaculation. The length of this varies from person to person (and for completeness all genders can have physical and psychological refractory periods).
There is a lot of advice online about how to reduce your refractory period, but none of it is actually scientifically proven. Improving your health and fitness generally is never a bad thing and may help but I’m fairly sure doctors say this about absolutely everything regardless.
If you can’t get an erection as quickly as your wife would like (and the more you try, the more you will fail in this instance), I would suggest reconsidering how you have sex. Penetration doesn’t have to be saved until the end. You could start with some other stimulation to get yourselves in the mood and ready, have some PiV sex but stop before you ejaculate, then do something else whether it be oral, hands, toys, kinkier play, massage, whatever. Once you have cooled down a bit, go back for some more PiV and repeat.
Alternatively, you could look at penis extenders or hollow strap ons that can be used without the need for an erection.

I think if you want to continue with PIV sex early its time to break out the toys, think about vib’s, dildo’s or suction toys and use them to stimulate her to orgasm. By the time she has orgasmed a few times you may well be ready again. Win win for all.

Like others have already stated, this is super common and not abnormal.
Aside from being flaccid, are you still interested in playing after you cum? As in, not falling asleep or being completely out of the mood?
If you’re still in the mood after you cum, you can be perform oral or participate with toys until she cums or maybe you even bounce back if it’s a long enough play time.
Otherwise, you may want to explore the reverse - skip your own orgasm in round 1 in favor of oral or toy attention, then you can both be fully in it for round 2 together.
