Lovehoney have great customer services. Especially compared to the company I bought a washing machine from recently which didn't fit. No problems with Lovehoney :-)
Always receive amazing customer service and on another note I just wanted to say how much I appreciated this week that as ever my parcel was well packed but particularly impressed that LH pack sensibly and without the excessive use of packaging unlike another rather large online retailer I am sure we all use who delight in sending me more parcel than content! Another big tick for me!
Think "Lovehoney" have worked really hard during the lockdown making sure we've all had our fun items and lingerie delivered helping us through it. I've had 6 deliveries (so far.. š¤Ŗ) and every one either on time or a day earlier...Well done to the all of you...and to "Royal Mail" of course too...ššš Fantastic service.
I must have been so intent on buying products that Iāve completely missed all the added extras that come with a LoveHoney account.
So although a little belated I would like to Thank the telephone Rep who helped me to collect the points that should have been added to my account in the beginning.
I would also like to Thank the Rep that contacted me regarding a non too positive review I posted due to an item not being fully functional, I didnāt realise that I should have just emailed or called and the matter would have been sorted straight away, as it was when I replied to the email.
Iām hoping not to have any further need to contact customer services but I certainly wonāt hesitate to do so if necessary due to the Competence and personability that staff members have.

Just wanted to add my own thanks for the brilliant service provided by the Lovehoney customer care team. We have bought quite a few products from LH down the years - one toy we bought last year became faulty recently so I contacted the Live Chat guys and a replacement was in the post asap. Fantastic service. They also noticed that my order history wasnāt up to date which meant I was due an extra 7,500 points! Thanks again

I just had my 1st proper experience with customer care. 1 toy had arrived faulty (the charging unit isnāt connected properly) and so i contacted them about returning it and getting a replacement. Iāve received an email back saying theyāll send a replacement and to just dispose of the broken 1 
thatās a hell of a lot better than my usual experience with returning stuff to shops or online sellers

There hasnāt been a customer rep that Iāve spoken with that has provided bad a bad customer experience. As someone whoās worked in customer service, I would LOVE to work for Love Honey. Everyone is polite, nice, quick to take care of you. Knowledgable. Honestly, even if the costs for some products are higher on this website I still refer people to Love Honey and tell them the moneyās worth it, because there is no other sex website that will take care of you like Love Honey. Keep up the great work! Love Honey bosses better be keeping you just as happier as youāre keeping customers! And a note to the decision makers, thank you so much for your return policy. Buying sex toys and clothing is like buying a pair of shoes ā you never know about the fit until you have it in your hands. The shipping team is awesome too!!!

Wow after messaging @Lovehoney_Brenna regarding I couldnāt get my bullet in my boxed gift set FSOG (which is now sold out & discontinued) to see if there was something I was doing wrongā¦
She forward my issue to customer services and they are sending me a replacement bullet and I donāt have to return anything eitherā¦can I just add I was offered a refund too.
It was a steal at Ā£33 and I got the greedy girl rabbitā¦cuffsā¦blindfoldā¦cock ring and the bulletā¦so didnāt want to return it.

I bought a toy in the sale on Tuesday and spotted it had been reduced even further today. On the off chance, I went on live chat to see if there was any chance of getting the difference refunded. Cheeky but worth a try!
Spoke to Kyall who sorted the refund with no quibble and no hassle - one of the many reasons I love LH!

I had an issue with an order I received today. Contacted customer service by email after 10pm this evening. Within 6 minutes I had a reply saying a refund had been processed.

One of the reasons I buy from lovehoney is because of the amazing customer service. In all the time Iāve been buying from them Iāve only had two problems. One was a vibrator that didnāt work, and one was lingerie that had some missed stitches that made a gap in the side. They replaced both immediately and were so great about it.
I bought a vibrator from a different sex store recently because LH didnāt have the brand I wanted, and when it arrived it didnāt work at all. They made me send videos of the problem. It felt so ridiculous filming a vibrator not turning on. They took several days to respond each time, where LH always responds within hours.
Itās one of the reasons I always recommend LH to friends. When things go wrong you donāt want to be stressed wondering if youāve just wasted/lost money.

@Candace1 - Lovehoney should be what other sex toy retailers aspire to be. Especially in terms of customer service. The worst I had was a company sent me a dildo that had a defect. I shit you not, they offered me a bottle of lube for the inconvenience. Um, no. How about I get something I paid for, huh?

Parcels always sent out promptly and usually delivered earlier than expected. Recently had two things I wanted to return as they didnāt work out and they sorted it out same day and issued me refunds for both 
I absolutely love the customer care here and their generous return policy because it makes me not scared to try new things in fear that Iāll be stuck with something that I canāt use with money wasted (recently had to use another site for something LH doesnāt offer, it didnāt work out and now Iām out close to Ā£100 ). Will absolutely keep coming back because I love the customer care here so much!

I read the list published about the top companies for customer service and snigger. None of the big top companies could hold a candle to Lovehoney for the service Iāve had.

Customer service is always amazing. Lovely chap on live chat was so helpful when the postal service managed to break my new wand in transit ( no idea what happened, but the box looked like it had been drop kicked. How the lube didnt break open iāll never know). Replacement arrived so fast. Cant praise them enough.

I recently bought my first prostate massager, but for whatever reason, I wasnāt sure if it was me or the style of toy, I went into the web chat looking for advice and was taken aback with the care I received and was offered a refund without return ( was really unexpected). leading to a great conversation & recommendation.
