Iāve had an order not show up - seems to be stuck in limbo with Hermes. Chatted with Anne on live chat last night and she got a new order placed and one of the items was out of stock but it was at a sale price when I ordered. Honoured the sale price on a different colour of the item even though that wasnāt in the sale. Really appreciate it
Ordered at 2pm today, order was packed and despatched 18 minutes later! Will be home in time for my arrival. How boss is that?
I was in a competitor shop last week, out of curiosity, I asked about their return policy. They only accept a return if the item is faulty. So the only way to try them is to have a feel of the testers in the shop
Sadly not a praise today One of my VIP codes they sent me wasnāt formatted right and so I sent an email to get a working one, and they keep giving so many excuses (trying to use it on excluded items, single use, etc.) and wonāt seem to take responsibility that they sent an invalid code
Still arguing with them to get a flipping working code So far Iāve been given 6 codes (1 for being in the trial, 4 Brenna tracked down, and 1 that was emailed to me) and I always note when Iāve used a code All the ones I know Iāve used say āalready redeemedā in the discount field vs the one that wasnāt formatted right says ānot validā They keep saying I used it on my last order and Iām like, can you show me proof as Iām pretty sure not (wish the website would say what discount was used instead of just the amount off you got) Getting so frustrated to just get what I was promised

Apparently the code expired and thatās why it isnāt working I really donāt like this new program as what if you donāt want to use the code in the 3 mth timeframe or whatever it is, then you just miss out and donāt get any discount at all so whatās the point of even being in the program
I donāt blame customer care, but itās more of a website issue I guess as if it had said ācode expiredā I would have understood instead of having to harass them because it just said soemthing along the line of āisnāt valid, make sure entered in a valid formatā, along with customer care saying it had been used when it hadnāt been as there isnāt a way to see what code was used on past orders, just amount off that you got Overall they need to tweak the website, and Iād prefer if they extended the usable time of the codes to be at least 6 months, preferably a year or longer, as sometimes you just donāt want to make a purchase or have the funds to do so for a while I also hope they link the codes somewhere on the website account so you have one place where you can see your codes, which ones are still active and when they expire
Thatās a shame. Yeah, i donāt think iām likely to want to make 2 purchases within 3 months of each other very often. 6 months would be a more reasonable time scale i think
I just wanted to post a quick note on the forum to say how wonderful the LH team are.
I recently bought my husband something for his birthday which he unfortunately found really didnāt suit him for a number of reasons.
I emailed LH, explained the issue and just like that, theyāve refunded me⦠no problems, and no need to post it back either!
Weāve since recycled the product and Iām so thankful to LH as the item was quite expensive and I felt Iād let my husband down with a birthday gift he really didnāt like.
LH replied within minutes and refunded me promptly, I was so impressed and grateful. Now my hubby is on the hunt for something else ⦠more to his taste (itās certainly not beer as he was inundated with that for his birthday, I could open a brewery!).
