Cycle pygeum. Take 2 100mg capsules daily for 5-10 days to see a difference. Some men will need to “cycle” on and off to see effects. This means take Pygeum for 10 days, then stopping for 5 days, then “repeat” the cycle for another 10 days. For men like this the pygeum will kick in during the OFF cycle and will start precumming.

I don’t know that I’ve ever paid too much attention to the amount of precum thats been produced. But saying that theres always been some. We’ve either we’re using a condom, my mouth is on him or I’ve rubbed a little of my own wetness onto his penis. But its never been because theres not been enough.

I would say over the four decades plus of sexual fun that my pre cum has varied a great deal . When much younger and in fantastic shape I think it was not uncommon for almost a tablespoon . Now in my vintage body in modestly fair shape I produce less generally . The largest amounts come when playing with anal toys that rub and press against my prostrate .
